Kieran Conroy

Kieran Conroy is a Reader in the International Business, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing (IBEM) department at Queen's Business School, Queen's University Belfast. He serves as Programme Director for the MSc International Business program and teaches courses in global strategy, international management, and international HRM.

Dr. Conroy's research focuses on the intersection of global strategy and international management, with particular interest in corporate strategies and global leadership within multinational firms. His work examines headquarter-subsidiary relationships, global mobility, knowledge coordination, and global human capital. He investigates power and influence dynamics within multinational enterprises, contributing to our understanding of how these organizations operate across international boundaries.

As Programme Director for the MSc International Business, Dr. Conroy plays a key role in shaping the educational experience for students pursuing advanced studies in global business. His expertise in international business strategy informs both his research and teaching, helping to prepare the next generation of global business leaders.
