Stephen Patrick

Dr. Stephen Patrick is a Visiting Professor of Economics at Shorter University. He holds a PhD in Advanced Accounting from Northcentral University, an MBA from Auburn University in Montgomery, and a BS in Commerce and Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Alabama. Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Science in Finance and Economics from West Texas A&M.

His professional experience spans nearly 20 years in accounting roles across diverse industries, including retail, manufacturing, real estate, energy, and public nonprofit auditing. He has held positions such as Controller for a real estate firm in Atlanta, Assistant Controller for an international manufacturing company, and Senior Project Accountant at the largest gasoline pipeline company in the U.S. Additionally, he has owned and operated multiple businesses and served in ministerial roles.
