Skaidrite Stelzer

Dr. Skaidrite Stelzer is an Assistant Professor in the Department of English Language and Literature at The University of Toledo's College of Arts and Letters. With over 45 interdisciplinary courses taught across English, University Honors Program, Master of Liberal Studies Program, Women’s and Gender Studies Department, and Humanities Institute, she has mentored hundreds of students through thesis advising and committee memberships.

Her research spans poetry, creative writing, and feminist literature, with a focus on identity, migration, and the body. She has secured prestigious grants like the Ohio Board of Regents EECAP and Humanities 2000 initiatives.

Dr. Stelzer actively contributes to academic discourse through national/international conference presentations and serves on doctoral committees. Current projects involve circulating new manuscripts exploring contemporary human experiences through poetic forms.
