Siegfried Walch is a Professor and Head of the Department of Nonprofit-, Social & Health Management at Management Center Innsbruck (MCI), The Entrepreneurial School. He also serves as Head of the Ulysseus European University at MCI, representing the institution in the Ulysseus Governing Council. His academic roles include leading the European Master in Health Economics & Management (EMJMD), a joint program with universities in Bologna, Rotterdam, and Oslo. He has extensive board memberships, including the Eu-HEM consortium and the European Health Management Association (EHMA).
Education highlights include a Dr. rer. pol. from Free University of Berlin (1998) and a Mag. rer. soc. oec. from University of Innsbruck (1994). He completed leadership courses at the National Defence Academy (2004) and the European Observatory's Hospital Reengineering Summer School (2008).
