Sheri Shuck-Hall is a Professor in the Department of History at Christopher Newport University (CNU). She serves as Director of the Public History Center, contributing to historical preservation and community engagement. Her teaching focuses on American Indian History, Colonial North America, and Public History.

Her research interests include Indigenous history, colonial-era narratives, and public history initiatives, with a particular emphasis on local Virginia history and historical education.
