Sarah Strunk

Sarah Strunk serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Fennemore Craig, a prominent Mountain West law firm, and holds the title of Professor of Practice. With over 30 years of experience, she specializes in business and finance law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, international sales contracts, and exploration projects in the mining and natural resource sector.

Her educational background includes:

• J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law
• B.A., magna cum laude, from Wichita State University

Strunk's professional expertise centers on Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Mining Law, and International Business Law.
