Umakanth Varottil

Umakanth Varottil is a Professor at the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore, specializing in corporate law, governance, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate finance with a comparative focus on India and Singapore. He is Vice-Dean (Graduate Studies) and co-founder of the IndiaCorpLaw Blog, while also serving as an editor for multiple international law journals.
