Ken Najder

Ken Najder is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. He is also a Partner at Jones Walker LLP, specializing in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities regulation. With over three decades of experience, Ken has represented companies in transactions raising over $30 billion, including notable anti-takeover defenses for CenturyLink.
