Professor Sarah Jackson OBE is a Visiting Professor at the Cranfield School of Management, specializing in work-life balance and flexible working policies. Her career spans over three decades of advocacy, research, and practical implementation to make workplaces more inclusive for parents and carers. She chairs PiPA (Parents and Carers in Performing Arts), focusing on flexible working reforms in the performing arts sector.
