Sarah Elliott is an Associate Head of the School of Life and Environmental Sciences at Bournemouth University. A palaeoecologist, environmental archaeologist, and geoarchaeologist, her work focuses on Middle Eastern Neolithic Archaeology and Ethnoarchaeology, applying scientific methodologies to investigate human and animal occupation/activity signatures.
