Sandy Hoover

Sandy Hoover is a Professor of History at East Texas Baptist University (ETBU), serving as Dean of the School of Christian Studies and Humanities and Chair of the Department of History and Political Science. He has been affiliated with ETBU for 13 years and holds additional leadership roles, including chair of the faculty senate.
