Sampada KC

Sampada KC is a former Pre-doctoral Research Fellow at the Research Department Institutions and Political Inequality. She holds a Master's in Economics from the University of Warwick and undergraduate degrees in Economics and South Asian Studies from Yale University. Her research focuses on political inequality, development economics, and public policy, with fieldwork experience through collaborations like the Poverty Action Lab (JPAL) in India. Previously, she worked as a Research Assistant for Dr. Eva Vivalt and as a Research Associate with JPAL. She was based in Berlin, Germany, at Reichpietschufer 50.

Her academic journey combines quantitative economic analysis with regional expertise in South Asia, addressing issues of institutional design and policy impact. Sampada's work emphasizes empirical research in development contexts, leveraging field-based methodologies.
