Dr. Samantha Jane Meredith is a Research Fellow in Academic Geriatric Medicine at the University of Southampton’s Faculty of Medicine. She holds a PhD and MSc in Clinical Exercise Sciences from the University of Portsmouth, alongside practical experience as an NHS exercise therapist. Her research focuses on developing physical activity and nutrition interventions to improve health outcomes in aging populations and clinical groups, particularly addressing frailty and sarcopenia.
