Samah Al-salami

Samah Al-Salami is a Lecturer in the Arabic Department at the University of Maryland, affiliated with the School of Languages, Literatures, and Cultures. She joined in 2018 after teaching at Brandeis University (2007–2009) and Tufts University (2009–2010). Her expertise focuses on Arabic language instruction and cultural education. She holds a B.A. in English Teaching from Sana’a University’s Faculty of Education and has prior experience teaching at Yemen’s University of Science and Technology.
