Nader Uthman

Nader Uthman is a Senior Preceptor in Arabic and Director of the Modern Language Programs at Harvard University's Center for Middle Eastern Studies (CMES). He holds a Ph.D. in comparative literature and modern Arabic literature from Columbia University (2009). His research explores narratives of exile, migration, gender, and identity in Arabic literature and culture. He has taught at NYU, Columbia, Emory, and the United Nations, focusing on innovative language pedagogy.
