Sally Clive

Dr. Sally Clive is a Consultant Medical Oncologist at the Edinburgh Cancer Centre and NHS Fife, and an Honorary Senior Lecturer affiliated with the University of Edinburgh. She specializes in colorectal cancer, cancers of unknown primary (CUP), clinical trials, cancer medicine governance, and health technology appraisal. Her work is supported by an NRS Career Researcher Award (2012-present).

Her research focuses on optimizing patient pathways and clinical outcomes in colorectal cancer and CUP. Key interests include prognostic biomarker development, systemic inflammation in cancer progression, pragmatic clinical trial designs for vulnerable populations, and health service innovations for diagnostic challenges.
