Sabrina Ragone is an Associate Professor of Comparative Public Law at the University of Bologna and a Senior Research Affiliate at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law (Heidelberg). Her research focuses on comparative law, European law, constitutional justice, and decentralization. She coordinates the Jean Monnet Module CRISES and is the Principal Investigator of the PRIN 2022 project 'SPACE.'

She actively contributes to academic journals and book series, such as Diritti regionali and the Ius Publicum Europaeum series.
