Sabrina Ragone

Sabrina Ragone is an Associate Professor of Comparative Public Law at the University of Bologna's Department of Political and Social Sciences. She leads the Stakeholder and Placement Committee and previously headed international relations at her department. Her research focuses on European Union law, rule of law dynamics, and comparative legal frameworks. She holds the Jean Monnet Chair 'ROLLBACK' and has led multiple Jean Monnet projects addressing European integration and crises. She is also the Principal Investigator of the PRIN 2022 project 'SPACE', exploring territorial legal dimensions in Europe.

Education highlights include a doctoral program in Constitutional Adjudication (2006-2009) across Italy, Spain, and France, and postdoctoral fellowships at the Max Planck Institute (2015-2017) and the Centro de Estudios Políticos y Constitucionales in Madrid (2012-2015).
