Ryan C. Johnson is an Associate Professor of Management and Director of the Integrated Business Cluster at Ohio University's College of Business. He holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida (2014) and a BA in Psychology and Organizational Leadership from Purdue University (2007). His research focuses on work-life balance, employee well-being, diversity management, and behavioral interventions.
