Laura Lorente

Laura Lorente is a Senior Lecturer in the Social Psychology Department at the University of Valencia. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses, primarily in Work and Organizational Psychology. As a member of the Research Institute on Personnel Psychology, Organizational Development and Quality of Working Life (IDOCAL), she participates in research projects focused on psychosocial well-being and occupational health.

Her research spans interdisciplinary topics including workplace psychology, mental health in occupational settings, and quality-of-life indicators. She publishes in journals such as Journal of Happiness Studies, Social Indicators Research, and Journal of Managerial Psychology, and serves as a reviewer for international publications.

Prof. Lorente is actively involved in academic associations including SCEPS and the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP), where she contributes to scientific committees for conferences.
