Russell Cropanzano

Russell Cropanzano is a Professor at the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado, holding the Ted G. Anderson Professorship of Free Enterprise and Dean’s Faculty Fellow titles. His research focuses on organizational behavior, particularly workplace emotion, employee mental health, and perceptions of organizational justice with an emphasis on evolving employment relationships.

He has received multiple scholarly awards, including best paper recognitions from journals like Consulting Psychology Journal and Journal of Management.
