Dr. Sabrina D. Volpone is a tenured Associate Professor at the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado, specializing in Organizational Leadership and Information Analytics. She earned her M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston and her Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Temple University's Fox School of Business.
Her research focuses on organizational diversity management and employee identity management, employing qualitative and quantitative methods to explore employer and employee perspectives. She founded and leads the Diversity and Identity (DI&ID) Management Research Lab, which collaborates with 15 students (PhD, master's, and undergraduate) and alumni.
