Dr. Emily Michelle David is an Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the National University of Singapore (NUS Business School), where she also serves as Academic Director of the MSc in Human Capital Management and Analytics. Previously, she held roles at CEIBS (Shanghai) and Zayed University (Dubai). Her research focuses on workplace inclusivity, employee well-being, and prosocial behaviors, with notable contributions to Journal of Applied Psychology and Journal of Management Studies.
