Rossella Cappetta

Rossella Cappetta is an Associate Professor at Bocconi University's Department of Management and Technology. Since January 2021, she has served as Associate Dean for Open Programs. Previously, she held leadership roles including Director of the Masters Division (2012-2016) and Director of the Organization and Human Resources Management Department (2006-2012). She earned both her degree and PhD in Business Administration from Bocconi University.

Her research focuses on three core domains:

• Organization design and agile transformations
• Corporate change management strategies
• Innovative approaches to training and education systems

Her teaching expertise spans:

• Managerial ethics and responsible leadership frameworks
• Smart working and remote collaboration models
• Organizational restructuring methodologies

She has received multiple Teaching and Research Awards from Bocconi University. As Senior Editor of Organization Studies and editorial board member of Economia & Management, she contributes to academic discourse. She serves as an organizational advisor to corporations and was a Visiting Scholar at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
