Rossella Cappetta

Rossella Cappetta is the Associate Dean for Open Programs at SDA Bocconi Business School and an Associate Professor of Organization Theory at the Management Department of Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. She previously served as Director of the Masters Division (2012-2016) and Director of the Organization and Human Resources Management Department (2006-2012) at SDA Bocconi. Her academic career includes a Visiting Scholar role at the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania, 2000-2001) and participation in the International Teacher Programme at the Stockholm School of Economics (2005).
