Ron Diamond

Ron Diamond is a Lecturer in the BFA Animation program at Otis College of Art and Design. As founder of Acme Filmworks, Animation Show of Shows, and co-founder of Animation World Network, he has shaped animation production, curation, and preservation for decades. His career spans live-action filmmaking (1980–1990), animation production (1990–present), and curating global animated shorts programs.

His expertise lies in animation production, film restoration, and advertising animation. He has collaborated with institutions like the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and contributed to the preservation of films at the Academy Film Archive, UCLA, and Library of Congress.
