Rob Hyde

Rob Hyde is a Senior Lecturer at the Manchester School of Architecture, part of Manchester Metropolitan University. His research focuses on urban complexity, smart cities, and the intersection of technology with architectural practice. He has co-authored pivotal works like Defining Contemporary Professionalism (2019) and contributed to EU-funded projects advancing urban sustainability.

Research Interests: Hyde explores adaptive urban systems through themes including:
