Rick Wallace

Rick Wallace is a Professor specializing in People Management at St. Mary's University. A retired U.S. Air Force Colonel with extensive international negotiation experience, he has served as a senior executive in both private and public sectors. Wallace currently leads an internal consulting organization within the Federal Aviation Administration and has previously transformed learning and HR functions in global organizations.

His expertise includes leadership development, knowledge management, and organizational innovation. As a member of the Association of Managers of Innovation, he contributes to advancing innovation practices across business and government sectors.

Wallace holds a Doctor of Science in Engineering Management from George Washington University, an MS in Business Administration from Michigan Technological University, and a BS in Political Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy. His teaching focuses on practical applications of management theory in complex organizational environments.
