Mick Fekula is the Dean of the School of Business Administration at the University of South Carolina Aiken (USC Aiken). He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Penn State University (1994), an MBA from the University of Wyoming (1981), and a B.S. in Management from Lehigh University (1979). Previously, he served as the founding chair of the Department of Leadership Studies at The Citadel and was a faculty member at USC Aiken from 2004 to 2009.
- Research Interests: Leadership ethics, organizational behavior and theory, management, and character education.
- Leadership Roles: Executive Director of the Association for Business Simulation and Experiential Learning (ABSEL); past-president of the Southeast Case Research Association (SECRA) and current dean of SECRA Fellows.
- Military Background: Retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, former Department of Management chair at the Air Force Academy, and chief of the Character and Ethics Division and Emergency War Order Training Branch.
