Michael R. Weeks

Dr. Michael R. Weeks serves as the Dean and Robert A. Jolley Chair of Business Administration at The Citadel's Tommy and Victoria Baker School of Business. His expertise spans strategy, leadership, and innovation management, with scholarly contributions in technology management and leadership published in journals like California Management Review and Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies.

Education: PhD and MSc from the University of Oxford, MBA and BEE from Auburn University.

Prior to academia, he spent over 20 years as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force, accumulating 3,500 flight hours across multiple aircraft and serving as an instructor at the U.S. Air Force Academy. He currently holds an FAA multi-engine Airline Transport Pilot certificate and serves on the Board of Directors for Hendry Marine Industries.

His professional engagement includes consulting for diverse industries and leadership roles in educational and military contexts.
