Richard Cutler Allen

Richard Cutler Allen is a Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology at Baylor College of Medicine. He specializes in oculoplastic surgery, focusing on eyelid, lacrimal, and orbital diseases. He serves as Editor-in-Chief for the journal Orbit and has authored over 135 peer-reviewed publications. Currently, he practices at Texas Children's Hospital Wallace Tower in Houston, Texas.
