Reinhard Jung

Prof. Dr. Reinhard Jung is the Academic Director of the Master in Business Innovation (MBI) at the University of St. Gallen. Formerly an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Information Systems, his current role involves leading academic and research initiatives focused on technology-driven business innovation.

His research areas include Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Transformation, and addressing societal challenges through Digital Health and Green Transformation strategies. He co-leads the CC Ecosystems initiative, collaborating with industry partners to develop practical solutions for financial and related sectors.

Prof. Jung oversees the MBI program, which trains professionals in roles such as IT managers and startup entrepreneurs. He also directs continuing education programs like the CAS Digital Innovation & Business Transformation and the CAS Executive Diploma in IT Business Management.
