Rachel Massey

Dr. Rachel Massey is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Chester's Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, based in the Department of Social and Political Sciences. She joined the university in 2018 and oversees teaching, learning, and assessment for the Global Affairs, Politics, and International Relations Programme. Her research focuses on feminist theory's intersection with international politics, particularly gendered/sexualized/racialized dimensions of sexual violence in conflict zones, black feminist frameworks, and antimilitarism.
