Pouya Seifzadeh

Pouya Seifzadeh is an Associate Professor of Strategy in the School of Business at SUNY Geneseo. He holds a PhD in Strategy from Ivey Business School (Western Ontario), MBA from Sharif University, and engineering degrees from University of Tehran. His research examines corporate strategy in international contexts, particularly governance structures and institutional entrepreneurship.

Seifzadeh's work analyzes strategic adaptation in emerging markets and political influences on alliance formation. Recent publications explore subsidiary governance mechanisms and organizational responses to institutional pressures.

He teaches Organizational Behavior and Strategic Management, integrating case studies on strategy formulation and implementation. Professional experience includes management consulting for UNESCO and entrepreneurship in technology sectors.
