Dr. Carol A. Beatty is a Senior Research Fellow at the Industrial Relations Centre, Queen’s University, Ontario. Previously, she served as Director of the Industrial Relations Centre and Associate Professor at Queen's School of Business. She holds an MBA and PhD from the Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario). Her expertise spans change management, strategic development, and high-performance teams, with over 25 years studying organizational change implementation across sectors.
