Elspeth Murray is an Associate Professor at the Smith School of Business, Queen's University, where she serves as Director of the Queen’s Centre for Business Venturing and holds the CIBC Fellowship in Entrepreneurship. She specializes in strategy, entrepreneurship, and management of change. Her academic contributions include co-authoring the influential book Fast Forward: Organizational Change in 100 Days. Murray has pioneered initiatives such as the Tricolour Venture Fund, Canada’s first university-based student-led venture capital fund, and has held leadership roles including Associate Dean of MBA and Masters Programs since 2012.
