Peter Gallant is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Queen's University's Smith School of Business, where he teaches courses in entrepreneurship, venture financing, and innovation management across undergraduate, MBA, and Master of Management programs. He previously directed the Master of Management, Innovation & Entrepreneurship (MMIE) program and developed workshops on productivity systems for knowledge workers.
With doctoral training in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Queen's University, Dr. Gallant bridges technical and business domains. His industry experience includes founding two startups, including Pathogen Detection Systems which was acquired by Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies, where he later served as Vice President. He also led WaterTAP, Ontario's water technology acceleration organization.
