Prof. Pirmin Grehl is a Professor of Flute at the Karlsruhe University of Music since 2017, specializing in flute performance, orchestral, and chamber music. He previously taught at the Hanns Eisler School of Music Berlin and Lucerne School of Music. A distinguished flutist, he has performed with major orchestras including the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra and Berlin Symphony Orchestra, and has recorded multiple CDs, earning a Diapason d'Or in 2009.
