Pietro Ameri

Pietro Ameri is an Associate Professor at the Department of Internal Medicine and Medical Specialties (DIMI), University of Genoa, specializing in cardiovascular diseases and clinical research. He coordinates the PhD program in Translational and Clinical Internal Medicine and serves on the Department Board. His teaching responsibilities span multiple programs, including Medicine and Surgery, Nursing, and Cardiocirculatory Physiology.

Research focuses on cardiovascular pathologies, clinical diagnostics, and translational medicine, with an emphasis on integrating medical education into clinical practice. He also contributes to courses on physical activities adapted to internal medicine pathologies and emergencies/traumatology.
