Peter Zablud

Peter Zablud AM, RFD, is an Adjunct Professor at Victoria University and Director of Notarial Studies at the Sir Zelman Cowen Centre. A world expert on the Hague Apostille Convention and document authentication, he designed the Professional Course in Notarial Practice—Australia's leading notarial qualification.

Awards include Member of the Order of Australia (2017) and Distinguished Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries. Research addresses international notarial practice, electronic authentication, and legal frameworks for cross-border documentation.
