Prof. Dr. Peter Richter is a Professor at the Department of Planning and Building Economics within the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). His academic background includes a Dipl.-Ing. in Architecture (1974) and a Dipl.-Wirtschafts-Ing. in Industrial Engineering (1976), both from TU Munich, followed by a Dr.-Ing. from Universität Göttingen Kassel in 1988.
