
About
Per Stenström is a Professor of Computer Engineering at Chalmers University of Technology since 1995. He has held leadership roles as CTO of Nema Labs since 2007, Deputy Dean of IT University in Gothenburg (2003–2006), and Vice-dean of the School of Computer Science and Engineering (2002–2003). His academic career spans prestigious institutions including Stanford University, Carnegie Mellon University, and Lund University. He is a Fellow of IEEE and ACM, as well as a member of the Swedish Royal Academy of Engineering Science.
Research Interests
His research focuses on Electrical and Computer Engineering, particularly in Computer Architecture, Parallel Computing, Distributed Systems, and Network-on-Chip technologies. His work addresses both theoretical and applied challenges in scalable computer systems design and multicore processor development.
