Paul Greaves is a Lecturer of Sport at the School of Sport and Physical Activity, part of the College of Health, Wellbeing and Life Sciences at Sheffield Hallam University. With 16 years of experience in education and national governing bodies, he has coached elite trampoline gymnasts, including British and European champions. He holds the highest National Governing Body coaching accreditation (Master Coach) and serves in leadership roles across British, English, and European gymnastics organizations.
Education:

Research Interests: Focuses on elite performance coaching, particularly in trampoline gymnastics. Explores the sociological and philosophical dimensions of coaching, grassroots sport development, and coach education systems. Active in designing national and international coach training programs.
