Andy Gair

Andy Gair is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Sport and Physical Activity, part of the College of Health, Wellbeing and Life Sciences at Sheffield Hallam University. With a 38-year career in sports coaching and education, he specializes in rugby union coaching, talent development, and professionalization of sports coaching. His work spans national sports organizations, community clubs, and professional performance environments.
