Paul Caussat is a Lecturer in International Business and Comparative Management at Royal Holloway, University of London, where he is also the Course Director for BSc Management with International Business and BSc Management with Entrepreneurship. He holds a Ph.D. from ESCP Business School and University Paris Pantheon-Sorbonne, with additional qualifications in Political Sciences and Economics. Caussat is a Visiting Lecturer at ESCP Europe’s London and Paris campuses and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
His research focuses on multinational enterprises (MNEs), DEI practices, and Indian business history, particularly examining MNEs’ organizational strategies in diverse institutional environments and postcolonial dynamics. He also investigates DEI in transnational workplaces, including issues of gender, parenthood, caste, and disabilities.
Caussat has published widely on MNEs in emerging markets, including studies on multinational banks in India and Sino-Indian economic relations. His work has been recognized with awards such as the ESCP Business School Best Paper Award and the Peter J Buckley & Pervez N. Ghauri Prize Runner-up 2.
