David Chekroun is a Tenured Associate Professor of International Business Law at ESCP Business School, focusing on teaching and research in international business transactions, corporate governance, and law & finance. He serves as faculty chair for the Law & Finance programme and co-founded the Institute for Corporate Governance (ICG). His roles include adjunct professorships at Sorbonne Law School and visiting professorships at NYU Abu Dhabi and Cardozo School of Law. He is a member of the Scientific Council of the IERDJ and editor-in-chief of the International Business Law Journal.
