David Chekroun is a Tenured Associate Professor of International Business Law at ESCP Business School, focusing on teaching and research in international business transactions, corporate governance, and law & finance. He serves as faculty chair for the Law & Finance programme and co-founded the Institute for Corporate Governance (ICG).
