Patricia Findlay is a Professor of Work and Employment Relations at the University of Strathclyde, where she serves as Director of the Scottish Centre for Employment Research. She is also a Co-Investigator on the PrOPEL Hub, leading research on improving management practices, work engagement, and workplace innovation to enhance productivity and wellbeing. Her work focuses on the intersection of organizational practices, employee welfare, and economic outcomes.
Her research interests include workplace innovation, fair work practices, crisis management in organizations, and the development of strategies to foster productive and healthy work environments. She has authored influential posts on topics such as managing people for innovation, fair work during crises, and the critical role of workplace innovation in organizational success.
Dr. Findlay collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and contributes to policy discussions through her leadership roles at the University of Strathclyde and the Scottish Centre for Employment Research.
