Helen Fitzhugh is a Knowledge Exchange Fellow at the PrOPEL Hub and Senior Research Associate in the Workplace Wellbeing team at Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia. Her work focuses on how organizations create social value across private, public, and third sectors. She leads initiatives such as the PrOPEL Hub Knowledge Exchange Bootcamp and the Evolve Workplace Wellbeing online toolkit. Her research explores dilemmas in workplace wellbeing, ethical considerations in organizational practices, and innovative approaches to engaged scholarship.
