Pamela Costa

Pamela Costa serves as Administration Manager for the Office of Graduate and Adult Education at Trevecca Nazarene University, where she also teaches as a Lecturer in the associate degree program and Bachelor of Arts in management and leadership. An alumna of Trevecca with both bachelor's and master's degrees, she received the university's Excellence in Teaching award and is an MBTI certified practitioner.

Her academic focus includes administrative processes in higher education and pedagogical approaches for adult learners in management and leadership programs. She views her role as an opportunity to contribute to the institution that supported her own educational journey.
