Kristin Bledsoe

Dr. Kristin Bledsoe serves as Dean of the School of Leadership & Interdisciplinary Studies and Associate Professor of Leadership Studies in Trevecca Nazarene University's School of Education. She holds a B.S., M.Ed., and Ed.D. from Trevecca Nazarene University.

Her research examines team empowerment strategies in academic settings, online teaching methodologies, and emotional intelligence applications in leadership. Certified as an Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and Cognitive Behavioral Life Coach, she integrates these frameworks into leadership education.

Awards include the Non-Traditional Teaching Excellence Award (2024) and Trevecca's First Chapter Alumni Award (2021). Her publications address mentoring models for graduate teaching assistants and team empowerment frameworks for higher education institutions.
